As an account manager, you will be responsible for managing relationships with our clients to ensure their long term success and satisfaction with our services. The account manager will be responsible for discussing client goals and challenges and presenting solutions to overcome these challenges and ensure goals are met.

Job Description:

As an account manager, you will be responsible for managing relationships with our clients to ensure their long term success and satisfaction with our services. The account manager will be responsible for discussing client goals and challenges and presenting solutions to overcome these challenges and ensure goals are met.

As we are a full service digital agency offering a complete range of services including website design and development, custom software applications, digital media strategy, web and email hosting, Office 365, copywriting, inbound sales funnels, as well as printed materials, the account manager should have a full understanding of each of our services and how they apply to each of our client’s requirements.

Located in Bedford, Nova Scotia, Electric Playground has been providing digital solutions to hundreds of clients globally for over 20 years. We have a stable client base, as well as two successful commercial software platforms. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Build long-term relationships with clients
  • Discuss and determine clients wants and needs
  • Plan and implement digital strategies for clients
  • Discuss custom software solutions and communicate desired outcomes with our development team
  • Optimize web content for search optimization
  • Manage social media content and strategy
  • Measure and analyze campaign effectiveness
  • Communicate and explain analytics reports to clients
  • Stay up to date with trends in technology and be ready to recommend new tech to clients should it be applicable to their goals

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience working as an account manager
  • 3 years of experience in search optimization, paid search advertising and social media management
  • Full understanding of online marketing tools and strategies
  • General experience in customer service is an asset
  • Self motivated, critical thinking, and advanced problem solving skills
  • Must have fantastic interpersonal skills
  • Degree in marketing an asset
