The difference for our members has been amazing. Everything is done through our website and now members can apply for membership, update their personal and work information, log their continuing education, and reports can be generated with ease along with payments can be done online. It was important for NSCMLT to host our data on a Canadian servers and Guild was able to accommodate us. Guild constantly improves and updates the service we offer based on current technology and input from our users. The customer service is exceptional, as they respond immediately to any issue that comes up. I highly recommend Guild.
Guild has improved efficiencies within NSCRT operations. Annual registration renewal is the busiest time for regulators. The on-line registration renewal with on-line payment capabilities has greatly reduced workload for staff. The members can easily navigate the on-line renewal and appreciate the ease with which they can update their file and pay their annual fees. We anticipate adding other features to our data base such as on-line member learning portfolios. Our members are looking forward to us updating our learning portfolio requirements and having an on-line file to store this information. We are confident in the abilities of Guild staff to expand our data base capabilities to include other functions.
